What to Bring

To help us gain a clear understanding of your situation, please bring the following information (where readily available) to your appointment.  

To maximise your discussion time with your adviser, you may wish to download and complete the Data Collection & Needs Analysis form available here before your meeting.

If you prefer, you can also email your documents for review prior to your appointment.

Superannuation & Investments

This could include your last 12 months’ statements for Superannuation, Managed Funds, Investments, Collectibles, ASX Shares, Investment Properties, and Employee/Direct Share Plans.

Income & Tax Details

This could be two recent Pay Slips, copies of previous two years’ Tax Returns (can be accessed at a later date).

Banking Details

This could be your last 12 months’ statements for your Bank Accounts and Term Deposits.

Loan Details

This could be your last 12 months’ statements for your Home Loan, Personal Loan, Family Loan, Overdraft and Credit Cards.

Insurance

This could be policy statements for Personal Life, TPD, Income Protection and Trauma Insurances.

Legal

Estate Planning Documents (Wills/POA), Beneficiary Nominations, Trust Deeds and Company Documents.

Personal Identification

This could be your current Driver’s Licence, Passport, Birth Certificate or some form of Photo ID. Another line of text.

We’re located on Level 2, 16 Parliament Place, West Perth

Where to Park

Paid parking is available immediately outside the office on Parliament Place.  There are parking machines on the street which accept both coin and card (surcharge applicable), however we recommend that you download and set up the EasyPark App to assist with your payment as the number of parking machines is limited.

The rates for parking are $5/hr or part thereof with a $2 minimum with a maximum of 3 hours parking.  We recommend that you allow at least 1 hour for your appointment.

Public Transport

Vantage is easily accessible via public transport. If you’re travelling from the Perth CBD, catch the Red CAT Bus to Hay Street/Harvest Terrace (Stop No. 16916). Our office is only a 5 minute (approx.. 350m) walk away.
You can also catch the Green CAT Bus and alight at any of the following stops:

  • Colin St / Ord St Green CAT 6 (Stop No. 26650)
  • Colin St / Hay St Green CAT 7 (Stop No. 26652)
  • Kings Park Rd / Havelock St Green CAT 5 (Stop No. 10094)

The office is only a 6 minute (approx. 500m) walk from each of theses stops. We recommend that you head to the Transperth website and use the Journey Planner tool to assist you in travelling to our office.

When you arrive, come into our office and take a seat on the front lounge. We will be alerted to your presence and one of our lovely staff will come to greet you.
